General description

The Live Cell Lab system is an easy to use widefield microscope that allows researchers to perform long-term time-lapse imaging of living cells, preferentially in 24 or 96 multiwell plates. Users can perform brightfield, phase contrast and simple fluoroscence (Hoechst, Dapi, GFP, FITC, RFP, TRITC) imaging at multiple xyz-positions. The microscope contains 5x, 10x and 20x objectives.

Costs: 6.50 euro/h. Training: 41.50 euro/h.

Long term brichtfield and fluorescence time-lapse imaging, cell motility analysis (e.g. barrier assay)
