General description
Quantum efficiency set-up for the spectrally resolved analysis of generated photo-current in solar cells. The system allows for the analysis of all types of solar cells (III-V, c-Si, a-Si, CIGS, organic, perovskites etc.) both in single-junction as well as in multi-junction configuration.
Availability
Analysis is only performed by experienced AMS staff
Analysis of cells is performed on request in cooperative research.
