Solar cell I-V set-up

Triple-A solar simulator for I-V analysis of solar cells under AM1.5 and AM0 irradiation at 25 oC. The system has a homogeneous irradiation area of 20x20 cm2 and is equipped with Rera Tracer software for data acquisition. The system allows for the analysis of all types of solar cells (GaAs, InGaP, c-Si, a-Si, CIGS, organic, perovskites etc.) owing to the presence of a large range of calibrated reference cells and probing options.   

Availability 

Instrument can be used after instruction from AMS staff.

Incidentally samples can be analysed on request.
