Experiments

Regular NMR experiments can be performed using standard 5mm NMR tubes. However, the set-up can be modified into a flow system by inserting a 5mm module and connect this one to a reaction vessel and pumpsystem. 

• Relaxation time experiments 
• 2D COSY
• JRES 
• Reaction monitoring (see below) 

Options

• Regular 5 mm tubes can be used without the need of deutorated solvents
• 5mm flow-cell for reaction monitoring. The flow-cell can be connected to a pump system to flow the reaction mixture through the NMR and measure at defined time interval

Processing:

• Data can be processed using ssNake; an In-house designed NMR processing and fitting software ssNake
