Stylus profiler

Mechanical tip stylus profiler for height scans over lines along a sample surface (tip in contact with sample surface). Interpretation of measured heights is simple and sometimes necessary complementary information for the correct interpretation of surface scans which are obtained with an optical profiler. 

Availability 

Instrument is clean room based and only available after mandatory clean room safety and equipment training.

Booking in blocks of 2 hours.

Incidental sample scans can be made by an AMS staff member on request.
