High-resolution X-ray diffractometer for single crystal analysis (e.g. epi-layer lattice mismatch,  dislocation density, etc). 

The interpretation of measured data is generally complex and requires upfront knowledge on the sample composition.

Availability 

Instrument can be used after instruction from AMS staff.

Incidentally samples can be analysed on request.
